These terms apply to your use of boernefence.com and to requests for services from Boerne Fence, operated by Trade Star Local, LLC ("we", "us" or "our"). By using this website or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms.

2. Estimates and Prices

Estimates are free. Prices shown on this website are installed price ranges, in US dollars, per linear foot unless noted. They are meant to help you budget. Your actual price depends on conditions at your property, including rock, slope, height, gates and tear-out of an existing fence, and is confirmed in your written estimate. Prices on the website may change without notice.

3. Scheduling and Payment

Scope of work, schedule and payment terms are set out in your written estimate or agreement. Work begins once you accept the estimate and any required permits are in place.

4. Permits and Property Lines

Some fence work needs a permit. Inside Boerne city limits, the City of Boerne requires a permit application with a site plan. Fair Oaks Ranch runs its own permits for new fences and additions. You are responsible for knowing where your property lines are and for any HOA rules or deed restrictions that apply to your property. We build the fence along the line you approve. Permit fees are set by the city and are not included in our price ranges unless your estimate says otherwise.

5. Site Conditions

Please tell us about anything that could affect the job, such as underground utilities, sprinkler lines, septic systems or buried obstacles. We may need to adjust the scope or price if we find conditions that were not visible when we gave the estimate, and we will talk to you before doing so.

6. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change a scheduled job, please let us know as early as you can. Changes to the scope of work after you accept an estimate may change the price.
