## Permits Here Come From the City, Not Boerne

It's a separate city from Boerne, and it runs its own fence permits. A brand-new fence needs a permit from the city, and so does an addition to a fence you already have. Replacing a fence in the same spot, without adding to it or moving it, does not. Boerne's permit office has no part in it, even though the two towns sit side by side along I-10.

The application goes in with a plot plan showing where the fence sits and a contractor registration form.
